From the moment I scheduled the appointment with Rebecca, everything was smooth and professional. They were incredibly quick to dispatch Cole & his team from Ray Page Plumbing to our home in Ellington to check a water leak coming from the ceiling.
Cole and his team were super friendly, thorough, and very professional. They took the time to properly assess the issue, explained what they were doing, and gave us a clear diagnosis after completing the initial work. What I really appreciated was their honesty i.e., when the scope of work turned out to be less than originally expected, they reduced the final estimate accordingly. That level of integrity is rare.

Overall, a very professional and trustworthy experience. I highly recommend Ray Page Plumbing and especially Cole for anyone needing plumbing service.

We had a great experience with Cole and Ray Page Plumbing. When Cole came out for the estimate to replace our whole house water treatment bracket that holds the 3 filtration canisters, we also asked about our well tank, which was 10 years old. Cole tested the pressure and showed us it was low and not as responsive as it could be, and explained how it was also undersized and making the well pump work harder than it needed to- which is a very expensive repair. He answered all of our questions, didn't rush us at all, and even tested our water to confirm the treatment system was still operating well. We felt very confident with all his answers, the price was very reasonable, the office was well run and thorough, so we decided to move forward on both items. Today, he and his assistant replaced the well tank with a tank twice as large, did the associated plumbing, disposed of the old tank (the bladder had split, hence the lower pressure), replaced the bracket for the treatment system, disposed of the 3 saturated canisters, and did all the plumbing for that as well. They tested everything, the service was on time and professional. We highly recommend Cole and Ray Page.

Called Ray Page Plumbing for an estimate to do some work in my home. Rebecca was great to work with in scheduling that visit as needed (Thank you Rebecca!). Scott was dispatched, was on time, had a great personality, answered all of our questions with great patience (BIG thank you to Scott here!) and completed the job in a very timely manner.
