Alex and Josh were amazing! Got all new appliances in the kitchen, they got the range and oven hooked up to gas, new water line to the dishwasher and connected to my disposal to drain, and new water line to the fridge, I finally get to have ice. They were both thorough. They understood and resolved all my concerns about the project.

Also their receptionist is very communicative and I appreciated that I got a call/voicemail plus txt messages, and they responded to my txt messages when I was too busy to call.

We contacted Ray Page Plumbing on a Sunday evening to address a sewer line that needed cleaning. They were here early the next morning and did a great job. They kept us informed of what they were recommending and their progress to resolve the issue. They sent a camera down before and after cleaning and provided us with the videos. They were transparent with pricing and it was fairly priced. Everette and Josh were professional and their interactions with us were great. I highly recommend Ray Page Plumbing for Drain Cleaning. Ray Page Plumbers will be returning with Skips Wastewater Services to replace our sewer line in the near future and we feel confident we made the right choice.

So Ray Page Plumbing did come back with Skips Wastewater Services to move our sewer line clean out and address the associated plumbing needs. Eddie made sure that we received exceptional service and outcomes. He exceeded our expectations. He was professional in every way. Eddie and Everette were polite and knowledgeable and were really good about laying down protective gear and clean up. They communicated with us throughout and made appropriate recommendations on how best to proceed. We have already recommended them to others and although we hope we don't need help with plumbing in the future if we do they are our first choice. I also want to give a shout out to Andrew (the owner) who was very helpful in making sure their plumbers had what they needed to get the job done. Life happens. Mostly for the good but periodically something bad happens and can ruin your day. Ours was when we discovered a water leak in our dining room ceiling after guests left. We contacted insurance. Contacted friends for recommendations. The majority of folks were referring Ray Page Plumbing. So we made the call and were pleased with the results. These folks are polished professionals. They have systems in place to make everything run smoothly during the process. Daniel was our plumber and he kept us informed through it all. Made suggestions as to where to start. Glad he did, as it saved us from having a hole in the dining room. An access in the hallway is easier to fix and got him straight to the problem. He was thorough , professional, and had a great sense of humor. You wouldn't have known he was there until you saw the opening. The nicest part... having it fixed. We received an email afterwards with before and after pictures to be used for insurance along with the invoice. We will definitely be recommending the company to others. Especially, Daniel.

I reached out to address what I believe was a slower than usual draining of my waste line. David responded punctually and professionally. After a couple different water tests (flushing toilets and running different faucets) he ran a camera through the main line and determined that there was nothing catastrophic or requiring any significant maintenance. While the estimate was for two hours plus, he updated the bill to reflect one hour of labor. This sort of integrity is refreshing and greatly appreciated. Start to finish, very easy to work with, pleasant, customer service oriented. From the first call to set up the appointment to having Alex come to the house and give me a clear, concise assessment of the situation and subsequent estimate, it couldn't have been better. Ok so having a 2nd floor toilet leak into the ceiling of the 1st floor bathroom is no fun. Then what's with Eddie? He came smiling into the house, met everyone and got to work. Not without telling us it'll be ok and making sweet comments about our incessently barking dog! I could feel the tension start to drain in all of us. Eddie put us at ease, worked quickly and except for the shiny new metal hose connecting the toilet to the pipe in the wall, you would never know he had been there. He explained everything he did and why. He was delightful! We were glad we met him for so many reasons, not the least of which was he obviously loves his job! Ray Page is a great plumbing company and hires great people like Eddie. Write the name down and when you need a plumber, call them. I'd ask for Eddie!

Everything went well. Same day service, very polite workers. The only problem I have is $3200 pricetag. That water heater sells for $1300. 2 guys 1-1/2 hours labor.

Scott from Ray Page Plumbing did a job for me today replacing four old and failing shut offs. The job was done as I requested, expertly and cleanly, no mess and no fuss. From the moment I scheduled the appointment with Rebecca, everything was smooth and professional. They were incredibly quick to dispatch Cole & his team from Ray Page Plumbing to our home in Ellington to check a water leak coming from the ceiling.
Cole and his team were super friendly, thorough, and very professional. They took the time to properly assess the issue, explained what they were doing, and gave us a clear diagnosis after completing the initial work. What I really appreciated was their honesty i.e., when the scope of work turned out to be less than originally expected, they reduced the final estimate accordingly. That level of integrity is rare.

We had a great experience with Cole and Ray Page Plumbing. When Cole came out for the estimate to replace our whole house water treatment bracket that holds the 3 filtration canisters, we also asked about our well tank, which was 10 years old. Cole tested the pressure and showed us it was low and not as responsive as it could be, and explained how it was also undersized and making the well pump work harder than it needed to- which is a very expensive repair. He answered all of our questions, didn't rush us at all, and even tested our water to confirm the treatment system was still operating well. We felt very confident with all his answers, the price was very reasonable, the office was well run and thorough, so we decided to move forward on both items. Today, he and his assistant replaced the well tank with a tank twice as large, did the associated plumbing, disposed of the old tank (the bladder had split, hence the lower pressure), replaced the bracket for the treatment system, disposed of the 3 saturated canisters, and did all the plumbing for that as well. They tested everything, the service was on time and professional. We highly recommend Cole and Ray Page.
