I reached out to address what I believe was a slower than usual draining of my waste line. David responded punctually and professionally. After a couple different water tests (flushing toilets and running different faucets) he ran a camera through the main line and determined that there was nothing catastrophic or requiring any significant maintenance. While the estimate was for two hours plus, he updated the bill to reflect one hour of labor. This sort of integrity is refreshing and greatly appreciated. Thank you again for the accurate and honest evaluation and explanation.

Start to finish, very easy to work with, pleasant, customer service oriented. From the first call to set up the appointment to having Alex come to the house and give me a clear, concise assessment of the situation and subsequent estimate, it couldn't have been better. Ok so having a 2nd floor toilet leak into the ceiling of the 1st floor bathroom is no fun. Then what's with Eddie? He came smiling into the house, met everyone and got to work. Not without telling us it'll be ok and making sweet comments about our incessently barking dog! I could feel the tension start to drain in all of us. Eddie put us at ease, worked quickly and except for the shiny new metal hose connecting the toilet to the pipe in the wall, you would never know he had been there. He explained everything he did and why. He was delightful! We were glad we met him for so many reasons, not the least of which was he obviously loves his job! Ray Page is a great plumbing company and hires great people like Eddie. Write the name down and when you need a plumber, call them. I'd ask for Eddie!

From the moment I scheduled the appointment with Rebecca, everything was smooth and professional. They were incredibly quick to dispatch Cole & his team from Ray Page Plumbing to our home in Ellington to check a water leak coming from the ceiling.
Cole and his team were super friendly, thorough, and very professional. They took the time to properly assess the issue, explained what they were doing, and gave us a clear diagnosis after completing the initial work. What I really appreciated was their honesty i.e., when the scope of work turned out to be less than originally expected, they reduced the final estimate accordingly. That level of integrity is rare.

We had a great experience with Cole and Ray Page Plumbing. When Cole came out for the estimate to replace our whole house water treatment bracket that holds the 3 filtration canisters, we also asked about our well tank, which was 10 years old. Cole tested the pressure and showed us it was low and not as responsive as it could be, and explained how it was also undersized and making the well pump work harder than it needed to- which is a very expensive repair. He answered all of our questions, didn't rush us at all, and even tested our water to confirm the treatment system was still operating well. We felt very confident with all his answers, the price was very reasonable, the office was well run and thorough, so we decided to move forward on both items. Today, he and his assistant replaced the well tank with a tank twice as large, did the associated plumbing, disposed of the old tank (the bladder had split, hence the lower pressure), replaced the bracket for the treatment system, disposed of the 3 saturated canisters, and did all the plumbing for that as well. They tested everything, the service was on time and professional. We highly recommend Cole and Ray Page.
